The Healthy Communities Foundation is a non-profit organization with a mission to help cities and communities track, manage, and improve quality of life via our internet-based community management systems and services. Our team is comprised of experts from academia, industry, and the health care profession, with world-class experience in the design, development, and evaluation of information technology in the health sector.

The Healthy Communities Foundation has built a unique internet-based information system that puts tools and methodology together to increase community awareness, inform community decision-making, and effect positive community change. This system is called the Healthy Communities Network.
